I hold an MPhil in Classics, specialising in feminism and Greek myth, and I’m passionate about creating women-only spaces where everyone feels comfortable and confident.

show you around.Simply click “Join Now” at the top right of the webpage and select your preferred gym location. Choose the membership that suits you and get started straight away. Please note that concession memberships must be set up on-site.
We offer a wide range of premium facilities to support your training, including changing rooms, shower rooms, steam room and sauna, filtered water cooler, protein drinks and snacks, hydration drinks, secure lockers, and a vanity area complete with Dyson hairdryers and GHD straighteners. Facilities may vary slightly by location, so please check with your chosen gym.
We run a varied timetable of classes to suit all fitness levels, including HIIT, Legs, Bums & Tums, Step, Body Pump, Circuits, Yoga, and more.
Yes! If you’re not ready to commit just yet, we offer flexible trial passes including a 1-day, 7-day, or 30-day
